Face Shape Test Classifies your face across the seven shapes using four measurements and the ratios between them.

Why measure instead of eyeballing

Almost every facial aesthetics guide online asks you to look in a mirror and make a judgement. Is your jaw soft or angular. Is your face long or average. Are your eyes upturned.

You cannot answer those questions reliably about your own face. You have seen it too many times, you see it mirror-flipped every day, and the differences that matter are often two or three degrees, which nobody perceives accurately by eye.

A measurement gives you a number. A number can be compared, tracked, and argued with. It also tells you when something is not the issue, which is usually more useful than confirming that it is.

What these tools will not do

They will not tell you whether you are attractive. Attractiveness is not a measurement, and any tool presenting a single composite score as though it were a fact about you is overstating what it knows.

They will not diagnose anything. If a measurement is unusual and you are concerned about it medically, that is a conversation with a doctor.

They will not give you the same number every time if your photo conditions change. Head rotation, lighting, and camera distance all affect these measurements, which is why every result carries a confidence score. Methodology
